An Afternoon with Roses – A Photo Essay

Recently my friend Darryl and I visited an exhibition in the Royal Botanic Garden in Sydney featuring original botanical drawings, water colours and oil paintings. We then headed to the rose garden and this is what we found:

and that was just a few! All these roses had a scent and I felt so wonderful by the time we left – I had inhaled beauty, softness, sweetness and colour.
