I’ve been going to the beach as much as possible – because I love it! I know it’s winter for some of you, but just remember we will switch around and then I’ll be jealous of you going to the beach. Ah the seasons of our lives.

So please be aware of burning in the summer sun. It is worse for us in Australia because of 2 major players:

1. The sun is closest to the earth in January (not July)

and

2. We have massive holes in the ozone layer and the sun’s bite is fierce!
