In this chapter of my book I look at using all the essential oils available to you to instil a great healthy body and mind. Essential oils can stimulate a return to good health by giving you their stunning, aromatic energy. However it is important to remember that trying to “cure” a disease or disorder with an essential oil wont work, so tap into the healing energy of the universe and your body with essential oils and see what you can create.

Stress seems to be a popular state of being – particularly in the western world. Sometimes people live under constant pressure and stress and become so used to it that they assume this state is normal. It becomes chronic. Ongoing stress isn’t paid much attention until a negative situation arises,  like health disorder is diagnosed and someone is forced to change their life – and often all too late.
