“As the world is rapidly changing, many people are questioning their true place and purpose in this world.

Are you?

Some are being called to change, seek, adapt, gain knowledge, share knowledge and support a peaceful evolution of humanity.

Others are being called to act as practitioners of the healing arts.

Are you?

Suzanne R Banks    “Revelation! Reveal Your Destiny with Essential Oils”

Dharma does not just refer to work, it is a sanskrit word meaning the way we live our lives, the moral and “right” way to do things, according to natural law. Our work often plays a big part of who we are but for many people their job can be dreadfully depressing because it goes against their true nature, and their higher self is driving them to break out and live!

There’s no need to restrict yourself in life, in fact we need everyone to be out there using their full potential so we CAN evolve and move to the next level of consciousness.

Are you ready? Start with this crisp tangy perfume with woody undertones to change your focus and help you with the courage you need to fully pursue the reason you are here, now.

“You are unique, and if that is not fulfilled, then something has been lost.”

Martha Graham,     Dancer and choreographer

For a coat of your body use 3 teaspoons of carrier oil in a little dish and, add 7 – 8 drops of essential oil. It’s always best to patch test first, before you apply all over.

***** Always put the drops of essential oil into the bottle or dish first, then add the carrier oil. It gives the scents time to create a synergistic fusion.

Soak in a bath

I don’t often recommend adding too many essential oils to a bath as they are difficult to disperse and can cause minor skin irritations when combined with the heat of the water. If you do like to use them in a bath, try 4 -6 drops in total and add the drops to another medium like sea salt, coconut milk, other milks or a water dispersible agent.

Add a few rose petals too:

“A Rose is a Rose is a Rose”

rose 3%                      6 drops

rosewood                   1 drop

palmarosa                   1 drop

A minimum amount of energy is required to throw a few oils into a diffuser and turn it on. Check out these recipes and oils:

frankincense resin burning on charcoal

frankincense resin burning on charcoal

Frankincense

Keywords: meditation, truth, preservation

This is the one resin and oil that helps us breathe more deeply and slowly, and therefore become more calm. When we are calm and quiet the universe can be revealed to us in profound ways.

This is the essence of truth. The truth of the intricate dynamics of the spec-time structure we live in; the truth about how we interact with our surroundings; and the truth of the fact we are participating in the evolution of humanity.

Use this beautiful oil to deeply ponder the meaning of life. Spread peace and kindness wherever you are.

black pepper

Black Pepper

Keywords: go forward and fulfil your destiny

This beautiful spice creates a wonderful essential oil that is soft in scent, with a powerful message. Black pepper is a warming oil and the oil of courage.

You no longer need to be afraid of this time you are living in. You are here for a purpose. We need you to be courageous and stand up for the betterment of our world.

Accept your destiny NOW! Go forward without delay and be active in your life. In turn you will help others do the same and we can overcome negativity and fear.

Palmarosa

Keywords: flexibility, new ideas about love

This oil comes from a grass like lemongrass – with a green, rosy scent. This is a great skin care oil but mostly represents FLEXIBILITY to me.

Bend and flow with each moment in time – do not resist. “Resistance is futile”, say The BORG from Star Trek. However instead of hostile take-overs, palmarosa will help your outlook, allow you to be willing to see others points of view, and do it all with sweetness, light, and love.

Extend your energy to others, work with those around you, and inspire them to be flexible too.

10 Recipes for Your Essential Oil Diffuser

Hello authentic humans! I’ve just turned on my vapouriser and somehow I’m still surprised after 20 years that it makes such a glorious difference in the home, or office – any space really. Here’s a few recipes to embrace the new season and expand your consciousness too, with a few drops of essential oil ….

A diffuser or vapouriser is a motorized machine to disperse essential oils throughout your space. There are so many wonderful designs now that it can be fun to have a few to choose from – hey some vapourisers may you suit your mood better than others, and even the recipe you’ve decided to use too. Some are colourful and have LED light displays, some are wood or bamboo and add a more natural vibe.

Diffusing essential oils is a great way to relieve stress, calm children and pets, and beautify your home.

To Scent Your Space, my ratio has always been:

In a traditional oil burner with a candle or a diffuser add 25 drops of oil.

However many diffusers say to only use a few drops, so use your intuition and see how you go with your own diffuser, how long it lasts, and whether you want to use more or less next time. If you are using a traditional vapaouriser with candle (often referred to as a “burner”), then 25 drops is a good ratio as it takes a lot longer for the oils to disperse.
